Grazing Stations / Grazing Tables are affordable, beautiful, delicious, and add a great social element to any event.
Heart Heart Events offer luxury platters and grazing tables as part of our luxury picnics or stand alone stations for corporate events, weddings and private functions 25-250 people.
Our deluxe Grazing Stations / Grazing Tables includes delivery/set-up/clean-up, professionally styled florals & greenery, wooden/marble boards, high-end cheese knives & props – beautifully styled to suit any theme or colour scheme. Or we can provide a beautiful, completely disposable set up. We can work on any table provided or add a wooden picnic trestle hire. Tell us about your event and we’ll be happy to prepare a quote that best suits you, your budget and your guests.
We also offer drink stations, event florals and full service event styling. Ask about our hire and styling services.
What’s the process?
Call, text or email your date, guest numbers and location, and we will send a quote directly. We take a 50% deposit to lock in your date, with final guest numbers and payment 2 weeks before your event. As standard we will set up in 2-3 hours and return to clear and clean-up in 3 hours, nego.
We also offer beautifully styled platters and platter boxes, delivered from $195.

With a combined 30 years experience in the events and hospitality industries, we quickly grasp your needs and work to exceed your expectations. As one of Brisbane’s first Grazing Table service we have 6 bountiful years under our belt and continue to raise the bar higher in terms of impressive food styling and service. All our staff are certified food handlers, with years of event styling and food service experience. Our fresh food items come from a variety of sources with a focus on fresh local produce. Our grazing tables contain a wide variety of fresh fruit and veg, baked goods, artisan cheeses, breads, dips and cured meats so you and your guests can sample the best most colourful and delicious produce available.
Operating out of the Samford area, we service Brisbane, Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Byron Bay and surrounds.
