FULL BESPOKE PLANNING & DESIGN PACKAGE – FROM $4000
This service is catered to busy couples who want their ideal wedding, but may not have the time to plan and execute their vision while keeping their jobs! You decide how involved you want to be. With our professional guidance, you’ll be informed of deadlines and enjoy every minute of your wedding experience. Included in the full service is:
- 6-8 consultation meetings
- Unlimited phone and emails
- Vendor & supplier recommendations and sourcing the best prices
- We become the central point of contact between you and all suppliers (attending site visits etc.,)
- Stationary and “wedsite” design (optional*)
- Styling session to ensure we have met your vision (florals additional*)
- Creation of wedding timelines, set-up schedules and run sheets
- Design and dressing of the space/s
- Creation and distribution of wedding timelines, set-up schedules and run sheets
- Liaising with the venue, bar and catering teams
- Supervision & support of set-up
- Travel & accommodation arrangements.
- A coordinator and stylist/coordinator to flawlessly manage your wedding day day from set up to ceremony to reception, up to 12 hours including:

Designed for couples who need support getting off the ground and during the busiest time – the last 2 months. We will help you complete your wedding design within your vision and budget. 2 months before we become the direct contact for guests and vendors. We’ll conduct the ceremony and reception according to your specifications so your day is flawless.

- Wedding day design support and guidance in areas you still need to complete
It’s go time!:
- Full services begin 8-weeks prior to your wedding day
- One coordinator and one coordinator/stylist on your wedding day

- Personalised timeline and run sheets
- Contact and confirm all hired vendors and distribute run sheets
- Unlimited communication via email and phone

ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION AND/OR STYLING FROM $1000
- Initial 1-hour consultation. We provide you with planning templates, supplier recommendations and develop a mood board.
- Full services begin 2-weeks before wedding with a 2-hour meeting to ensure everything is on track, and offer final suggestions and support. Vendor information and management is handed over to us.
- A 1-hour site inspection the week of your wedding
- Run-sheet prepared and distributed (Coordination Package)
- Final calls week before wedding to vendors/suppliers to ensure all is on track
- Full on-the-day coordination with one event coordinator and/or one stylist (or both) to ensure the event runs seamlessly/looks incredible.
